  1. How can I post my resume?
    You can post your resume by filling in details given on: Help us Know’ section of our web site.
  2. What happens to my resume when I submit it to your database?
    You will receive an automated mail about acknowledgement of your resume. Talent Acquisition team will review your profile to determine how closely your credentials match the requirements of the role we seek to fill, and if considered a good fit, member of Talent Acquisition team will contact you for next steps.
  3. How long my resume will be retained in your database?
    Your resume is kept retained in our database for six months. Within this period if any suitable opening matches with your profile, we will contact you.
  4. What's the interview process?
    You will most likely have an initial phone screening followed by functional interview which would be preferably in person. There may be two to three rounds of interviews depending on the job role and level. You will also be required to take business process aptitude test and psychometric assessment as per the job role.
  5. Is there any background verification done by Tata Teleservices?
    Yes, we conduct a thorough background verification process for our new hires to primarily validate their educational qualifications, previous employment details and references.
  6. How do I know my personal information is secure?
    Tata Teleservices takes your privacy seriously. We use your information to communicate with you and inform you of career opportunities. We never compromise on our terms of confidentiality and this privacy policy.
