Caution Fraudulent Recruitment

Tata Teleservices Ltd and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd (jointly TTL) are part of the TATA group.

We come across fake offers in regard to job/business partnership/installation of towers, etc, in the name of either TTL or some names seemingly associated with TTL, by certain unscrupulous and fraudulent elements, though social media and other sources of communication, with an intention to cheat innocent people, who are on the look-out for such opportunities.

Such offers are also being made on fake letterheads using the TATA Logo with fake addresses and fraudulent signatures.

As a socially conscious and responsible organization, we would like to spread a word of caution in this connection.

TTL does not:

• send any such offers from free email services like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc or from any social media platforms such as Facebook or Whatsapp.
• seek any payments from anyone by way of security deposits or any sort of fees in cash or by way of bank transfer or in any other mode of payments.
• appoint any agency to collect any monies or documents or issue such offers.

It may please be noted that TTL follows a merit-based recruitment process and does not indulge in any such dubious practice, which are completely contrary to the Company’s policy.

Considering the feasibility of receiving spoofed mails, people are requested to take due care to validate the authenticity of source of the email and refrain from succumbing to such illegal offers. Anyone dealing with such fake transactions would be doing so at his/her own risk and TTL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly. TTL doesn’t accept any liability in this connection.
