Business Process Ability Test- Online written test is conducted for certain roles, to evaluate the candidate on the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities.
3. Back Ground Verification
Detailed educational and personal background check on candidates by an external agency before the final offer is made
4. Offer Letter
Offer is extended to the candidate if found fit for a role at Tata Teleservices.

Pre-placement talk is conducted at the campus to make the young applicants aware about our organisation, its culture, its business and the available opportunity
2. Profile Screening
Screening of the profiles received as per the eligibility criteria. Only the shortlisted profiles will participate in the Campus Selection process
3. Business Process Ability Test
Online written test to evaluate the applicant on the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities.
4. Group Discussion/ Case Study
Case study on business scenarios and group discussion for further assessment on the requisite competencies required for the business area.
5. Psychometric Test
Online Assessment to understand the strength and development area of the applicant with respect to a specific position or context.
6. Personal Interview
Panel Interview for selected applicants to assess the overall capabilities of an applicant and expectation sharing.
7. Offer
Final offer decision is shared with the placement committee of the campus.
